Fix potiential seg fault in VSMigrationService.c
This seg fault can happen if the system does not have Pegasus configured for repositoryIsDefaultInstanceProvider=true.

This includes the following changes:
-Remove test_disk return
-Update get_instance(), return both status and inst
-Make sure undefine the guest and call cleanup_restore() if create_diskpool_conf() or create_netpool_conf() fail
