[Libvirt-announce] Release fo libvirt-1.2.5

As planned the release of libvirt 1.2.5 is out, it is tagged in git and available as tarballs and rpms at the usual place: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ This is a relatively small release in the number of commits, around 150, but includes a security fix (which happened to be my fault !) and 2 new set of APIs.
