This allows clients to create new filter lists and then associate them with other filter lists to create complex filters. This patch also has some minor bug fixes to AppliedFilterList so the new filters can be applied to existing NetworkPort instances. The new cimtests for the create/delete associations are still under construction, but you can easily test FilterList create/delete (foundation) with the following commands:
