[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH 0 of 4] Add support for new storage volume template RASDS

There's not too much that can be done with the template RASD until support
for the image creation methods are in place.  

For now, the new storage volume template RASDs can be viewed by following SDC:

wbemcli ai -ac KVM_SettingsDefineCapabilities
