[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH 0 of 6] Fix up handling of NetRASD-related define path

This patch set attempts to close the gap between what a client expects to be able to discover and what we allow. After this, the client should be able to use the default NetRASDs exposed from AllocationCapabilities as templates for a DefineSystem operation with proper pool (i.e. Virtual Network) membership maintained and unique MACs assigned.
