[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH 0 of 4] Adding tc to verify creation/deletion of DiskPool.
The patchset includes new tc to cover the creation and deletion of DiskPool.
It also includes the changes to RPCS/04_CreateChildResourcePool.py
and RPCS/07_DeleteChildResourcePool.py to align
with the create_pool() and verify_pool() changes.
This test case should be applied on top of
"(#2) Return SKIP if the provide version doesn't support template pool
RASDs"
Tested with KVM on F10 with current sources.
