[Libvirt-cim] [TEST] Question of state change from running to suppend for LXC guest

Hi, LXC guest can't change state from running to suspend, that is to say, the state changes isn't supported by the container hypervisor. So some test cases don't have to update for LXC support such as HostedDependency.03_enabledstate.py, right?
