[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH 0 of 4] (#2) Fix up handling of NetRASD-related define path
This is the updated version of the previous set, but with some of the
less-related pieces stripped out. The default network pool is assumed,
and an error is thrown if the MAC is omitted.
