RSS feeds are sort of like newsgroups, but much smaller, and contained to a single XML file. I think you're using thunderbird, which can consume RSS feeds as if it were a mail box. All you need to do is add the following URL as an RSS feed:
http://libvirt.org/hg/libvirt-cim/rss-log
