[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH 0 of 2] Fix AllocationCapabilities enum and get malfunction
- enumeration broke CIM model by reporting an error in case of non-existing hypervisor
- getInstance seg faulted by missing ERR_NOT_FOUND in case of non-existing hypervisor
