[TEST] Adding new tc to verify the VSI Libvirt-CIM feature.
Tested with KVM on RHEL with latest sources.
The test now checks with the 'VSIType' --> "802.1Qbg", we can improve
the
test case
to verify with 'VSIType' --> "802.1Qbh"
