It's supported by the netcf interface backend. What does "virsh -V" tell you? In the "Networking:" line you'd see 'Interface netcf' - I have to assume you have 'udev' instead.

What can i do to make this function works normally? THX.

If netcf isn't supported on Ubuntu, then that's a packaging thing. John
