[libvirt-users] libvirt and virsh-mgr on guest VM

Hi,   Is it possible to run virsh-mgr (or such libvirt client tools) on guest VM for managing and monitoring other VMs on host ?   Any pointers/caveats/docs is appreciated !   Thx.   CM.
