[libvirt-users] VIR_DOMAIN_DEVICE_MODIFY_CONFIG flag.

      Hi,

	If a resource in a live VM is modified with the flag  "
VIR_DOMAIN_DEVICE_MODIFY_CONFIG". Is it same as - do not modify the
resource now but change it at next boot?
