"virsh" in cmd

the error is :

error : vboxLookupVersionInRegistry:401 : Could not parse version number
from '%VER%'
what's problem.thanks advance!!!
The problem is that VirtualBox doesn't behave as expected here.
What version of VirtualBox do you have installed?
