Hello,
           I almost forgot about this error. I dont know somehow this error is not there now.
I am able to use libvirt with KVM. I did lot of security related settings and it worked fine.
I exactly don't know what change i did made it work.

Scratch that - I misread your bug report, and thought your host was
Ubuntu.  The problem has to be fixed in the host, not the guest.  But
you were clear that your host is RHEL 6.1, in which case, the bug has
already been filed on your behalf :)
