http://libvirt.org/hvsupport.html, but it's really out of date. Currently the only way is to check the source codes. e.g. For Xen driver, struct "virDriver xenUnifiedDriver" in src/xen/xen_driver.c will tell you which APIs are supported, the members with value "NULL" means not supported.
