[libvirt] Effect of cluster size on read write performance

Hi all The cluster -size increase write performance when the qcow2 image is not expanded , surely with increase in cluster_size the disk space used increases but that is not my concern. Can anyone tell what is the effect of cluster size on read and write performance on qcow2 image after expantion? Can you send this query to qemu-devel instead - they'll likely be able to give you a more accurate answer than folks here, since they are more familiar with these aspects of Qcow2 Regards, Daniel -- |: http://berrange.com -o- http://www.flickr.com/photos/dberrange/ :| |: http://libvirt.org -o- http://virt-manager.org :| |: http://autobuild.org -o- http://search.cpan.org/~danberr/ :| |: http://entangle-photo.org -o- http://live.gnome.org/gtk-vnc :|
