Hi,

No it's not a Wiki. Instead the web site is generated from
a simple libvir.html file in the docs subdirectory, which is
then processed with XSLT to generate the various files of the
web site and their presentation.
To get a fix to the web content a patch to libvir.html is
sufficient. The advantage of that approach over a wiki is that
we can easilly package the documentation with the source. Then
it's available on any machine where libvirt development resources
are installed, just load
/usr/share/doc/libvirt-devel-*/index.html
in any browser and you will get the set of documentation related
to the version of libvirt you have installed locally.
