Just a few oversights:
- examples/domain-events has no makefile, but domain-events/events-c
does
- we should still add examples/domain-events/events-python to the
tarballs in make dist
- python/libvirtclass.txt seems to have vanished from dist and builds
not a big deal but don't assume it's there in the spec file.

I deleted that when changing the way it generates python bindings
since it did not appear to be used anywhere anymore.

Ahh, I had thought it was somehow related to the build process. If it
was purely user infomation, they can get even better info by running
python
# import libvirt
# print help(libvirt)
