[libvirt] [PATCH] rpm spec: remove %{extra_release} from spec

I'm going to push the same change to various other libvirt related repos, but won't wait for review. I'll just post what I push, since I figure if we're ok doing it for this main repo, we can consider it a trivial change for all the others.
