Some functions of the Libvirt interface were missing a required flags
parameter as defined by the libvirt C API, namely:
* virInterfaceCreate
* virInterfaceDestroy
* virNodeDeviceGetXMLDesc
Calling these functions without the flags parameter would result in
undefined behaviour, at best in an "unsupported flags" error.
