[libvirt] [PATCH] Allow NOCONFIGURE=1 to make autogen.sh skip ./configure

This is useful, but there shouldn't be an output from lines 32 nor 35,36 in this case ("Running ./configure ...", "I am going to run ./configure ...") Martin
