[PATCH] securityselinuxlabeltest: Add debug statements for testUserXattrEnabled return value

I've noticed the test being skipped in my build scenario (tmpfs) and the output doesn't make it clear why it's happening. Add debug statements for the various return values of testUserXattrEnabled.
