[libvirt] [jenkins-ci PATCH] guests: Make mappings more future proof

We can reasonably expect the next major release of CentOS to be somewhat close to current Fedora releases in terms of packaging, and to ditch the soon-to-be-unsupported Python 2 in favor of Python 3. Rewrite some of the mappings based on these expectations.
