You probably sent the patches to the old mailing list address (libvir-list(a)redhat.com) instead of the new one (devel(a)lists.libvirt.org). You should have gotten a message back telling you about it (I just did, which is how I noticed) but I've found those notifications to be somewhat hit and miss in the past. Just send the patches to the new address and they should make it to the list. If you use git-publish, it should automatically pick the right address.
