[libvirt] [PATCH v2 0/3] Fix the domain capabilities wrt maxvcpus

This series drops the suggested cpu in the domcapabilties output which was implemented in previous version. So, this has just the fix for the domcapabililties output wrt maxvcpus. I'll follow up this series with suggested cpus and the virsh maxvcpus fix.
