[libvirt] [PATCH] build: recompute symbols after changing configure options

$ ./configure ... $ make ... GEN libvirt.syms ... $ ./configure --with-driver-modules ... $ make ... libvirt.syms doesn't get regenerated but it should as it should contain virDriverLoadModule now. * src/Makefile.am (libvirt.syms): Depend on configure changes.
