Re: [libvirt] [libvirt-glib] build-sys: Fix libtoolize detection in autogen.sh

autogen.sh is currently checking for the libtool binary, but it's libtoolize which is needed by autoreconf, not libtool. These binaries are packaged separately on Debian/Ubuntu so this can cause actual issues on some systems.
