This iteration has some patches from Pavel who also converted the pages to RST but didn't send it out yet. Included are those that didn't diverge yet. Additionally since I've moved the descriptions of types used in the C# bindings to the libvirt-csharp repo this series also cleans out the redundancy and converts the 'csharp' page.
