yes the only potential problem would be with other architectures where
__BIG_ENDIAN__ is defined and where the relative size of pointers and long
would be different.
I guess the only potential problem would be on IA64 in big-endian mode.
Does anyone use IA64 in this mode? I saw that Xen supports it ...
As for the patch in general, since it doesn't affect any other platforms
that libvirt currently supports (all little endian), I would apply it.
