This list is probably fine. I know Dan had the results of autobuild.sh
sending automated build failed messages to this list at one point, but
don't know why that didn't fire this week.
Enabled now for "libvirt-build" and "libvirt-check". I've left
out
libvirt-tck for now since this has same spurious test failurues which I
need to look at first.
