Hi,
unfortunately, you've missed this year's GSoC [1]. But hopefully, GSoC
will happen next year and Libvirt will be accepted into the program.
What usually happens is: we come up with ideas for students to
implement, do a small interview with candidates and then chose the best
ones [2].
