[libvirt] [PATCH v2 0/2] Sanitize whitespace around brackets

This is a followup to: https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2012-October/msg00878.html In this iteration we check for several more whitespace violations than before, and also document the rules in the hacking file To be applied immediately after 1.0.0 release.
