I think it can be a good candidate.
I didn't even know this page existed :-) But yeah, it could be rewritten
to talk about the inability of virsh capabilities to properly describe
the host CPU using the right CPU model. Another place this should be
mentioned is https://libvirt.org/formatcaps.html
I would help document it if you think that is ok.
Oh sure, documentation enhancements are always welcome :-)
