[libvirt] identi.ca micro-blogging group for libvirt & related apps

Micro-blogging is very popular these days and I know a number of people working on / with libvirt are using twitter/identi.ca So I decided it was worth creating a libvirt group on identi.ca for targetting notices relating to libvirt and any apps built using libvirt.
