[libvirt] Plans for next release 2.0.0

So based on the new numbering scheme we should push 2.0.0 at the end of the month. Due to travel and move, I am tempted to enter the freeze on next Sunday (or Monday) to try to push for the release on Friday 1st or the week-end.
