Is that mean I need to "Create a personal page at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Username. This is very useful for Fedora contributors to get to know and contact each other. "

And it's true that I have followed that guide. But now I only need to be approved in the translation site for libvirt.

Hi HeroP,

The translation team use a different process.  The approval you are waiting for on the site, doesn't ever happen.  (mine is the same)

The correct process you need to follow for signing up, is here:

 http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora_Contributor_Documentation/1/html/Translation_Quick_Start_Guide/sect-Translation_Quick_Start_Guide-Accounts_and_Subscriptions.html

Does that help? :)

Regards and best wishes,
