[libvirt] Libvirt / GNULIB failures using Mingw64 toolchain

With current Libvirt master + GNULIB (77cef20) I can successfully compile using the Mingw32 toolchain. If attempting to use the alternative Mingw64 toolchain, however, I get a number of errors.
