[libvirt] [PATCH v3 0/4] Don't pm suspend guest if it's unable to wake up

I've taken Daniel's patches and reworked them.
Diff to v2:
- Patches 1-2/3 are split into three patches
- Capability is checked for when querying other capabilities
- Fixed a small security issue in 3/3
