[libvirt] [PATCH v2 0/3] Cleanup messages after hotplug of scsi hostdev

v1 was here: https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2017-April/msg01066.html Per review, removed the "internal error" messages and split the resulting patch into patches 2 (virtio-scsi) and 3 (vhost-scsi). Patch 1 fixes a return code check that is a little off.
