[libvirt] Status and plans for next release

Seems I didn't send any reminder about the next release plans on Friday, so here is a recap: - feature freeze on the 22nd so we have 2 more week to work on reviewing and adding OpenNebula/Power drivers and try to get the NPIV, netcf and secure migration patches in.
