No. The configure script is invoked with '--libexecdir=%{_libdir}/%{name}'.

have to dig deep into history to know why that's the case.
"/usr/libexec" is one of those cases where not every agrees that it is
a useful concept. The Linux FHS thus declares it optional and so some
distros use /usr/lib instead.
