This functions may be used as a virCPUDefFeatureFilter callbacks for
virCPUDefCheckFeatures, virCPUDefFilerFeatures, and similar functions to
select (virCPUx86FeatureFilterSelectMSR) or drop
(virCPUx86FeatureFilterDropMSR) features reported via MSR.
