From what I see, this check is now different:
- "capsType
== VIR_DOMAIN_VIRT_QEMU" will be true only when capsType is
VIR_DOMAIN_VIRT_QEMU
- !virQEMUCapsTypeIsAccelerated(capsType) will be true when capsType is
not VIR_DOMAIN_VIRT_KVM
