[libvirt PATCH] ci: Disable verbose mode for cirrus-run

It was temporarily enabled to help the upstream author validate some changes, but now that 0.3.0 is out we can safely disable it again. This reverts commit 9b5622d31f8c3036425721ab9c6b23067aa87034.
