Hmm, it's been more than an hour, and http://libvirt.org/todo.html is
still content-free. Do we need to fix the config file used to generate
the web pages?
Looking at the logs in the server, i suspect this was broken before
my changes and we didn't notice

IIUC this is due to changes to the bugzilla XML RPC interface
