Re: [libvirt] [PATCH] qemu: Filter ARAT CPU feature from host-model

ARAT feature was first introduced in QEMU 2.4.0, which means host-model CPU mode is unusable with QEMU < 2.4.0 on any host CPU which supports ARAT. Let's not include this feature in host-model CPUs unless a user explicitly asks for it.
