[libvirt] [PATCHv2 0/2] a new flag VIR_DOMAIN_CPU_STATS_VCPU

This series adds a new flag VIR_DOMAIN_CPU_STATS_VCPU to
virDomainGetCPUStats, which is for getting statistics of
physical cpu time consumed by virtual cpus.
