[libvirt] [PATCH] configure.ac: avoid uname, which breaks cross-compilation

Without this patch, compiling to mingw with a $build on windows (think MSYS or cygwin) worked, but failed with a $build on Linux. * configure.ac: Fix cross-compilation from Linux to mingw.
